• They Broke IT !!!!
• I recieved a coupon for an oil change and decieded to use it. The place was nice and clean, all was going great until the owner asked if I had any "problems starting my car"? I have had NONE... I drive a stick and you have to have the car in reverse to take the key out, well it did not happen when the employee drove my car for the oil change. He apparently yanked the key out of the ignition w/o the car in reverse, and now the key hold is stuck in the ACC postion and wont turn on or off!!! I cant start my car and had to dissconnect the battery. They push started the car and now the car sits at home. Funny thing is that they refused payment for the oil change. Can you say GUILTY. • i have been coming to franks for 5 years now they have fair prices for quality repairs. They actually care about customers and there cars unlike other shops that just want your money. In my opinion they are thes best automotive shop in the surrounding areas (Citysearch User, 12/09/2008)
